HOW DOES IT WORK?
The reset is scheduled to begin on 10.17.2022.
Once you complete the sign up, you can expect full instructions and prep tips on the Friday before the reset. If you are ordering bone broth in addition to the 7-day Reset plan, your order will be ready for pick up. You will be contacted that week to schedule your delivery if you chose that option as well.
During the Reset, there will be three fasting days - every other day. In addition you will be staying away from processed foods, refined sugars, vegetable oils, dairy, gluten, soy, nuts and alcohol.
On those fasting days you will abstain from eating for a minimum of 12 hours. Delicious bone broth lattes will break your fast, with an option of a second latte before dinner. (Don’t worry, black coffee and/or tea are fine throughout the day)!
On the non-fasting days, you will abstain from eating for 12 hours, basically, overnight. A bone broth latte will break your fast, followed by two anti-inflammatory, nutrient rich meals from the approved list of foods.
